The Chair called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. and reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared and distributed. There were three (3) items ready for action; eight (8) items that were being deferred; and five (5) items that were being seconded and re-referred.
The Chair asked what the status of Item #1, ORD-MC 2014-665, Amend Chpt 220 (Vehicle for Hire)…Alli Korman Shelton advised the Chair that the Council President had not decided yet on where this matter next moves.
The Chair inquired about the status of Item #4, ORD-MC 2015-428, Amend Chapt 106 (Budget & Acctg Code)….Council Member Lori Boyer explained that the Special CIP Committee, which next meets tomorrow, October 21st, is discussing this matter and that the RCDPHS Committee can expect to see this item ready for action at the next Committee meeting.
The Chair inquired about the status of Item #7, ORD-MC 2015-565, Amend Capt 326 (Signs & Outside Display Structures)….Council Member Garret Dennis reported that this item will be weighed by the next meeting of the Special Ad Hoc NICE Committee; that body did not have sufficient time to consider the item when the committee met the previous day.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 9:04 A.M.
