Meeting Convened: 9:00 a.m.

Chairman Carter called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. He reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 8 items marked for deferral, 8 items ready for action and 3 items for second reading and re-referral.

2014-665 (amending Vehicles for Hire code): Council Member Schellenberg announced that Council President Anderson intends to reactivate the Special Vehicles for Hire Committee to deal with this issue.

2015-516 (approving acceptance and use of state education grant funds) will be deferred pending receipt of the grant award letter.

2015-565 (amending sign ordinance to require sign fabrication shops to post sign regulations) – deferred pending action in the NICE Committee.
