The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32P.M. and asked Assistant Council Auditor Kyle Billy to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by his office. Mr. Billy indicated that there were ten (10) items ready for action; eleven (11) items being deferred; and four (4) items being seconded and re-referred.
On Item #16, ORD-MC 2015-214, Amend Sec 685.104 (Prohibited Activities for Sexual Offenders & Sexual Predators…), Assistant General Counsel Stephen Durden indicated that Assistant General Counsel Susan Grandin was at work on an amendment to be offered at the Committee meeting that addresses some of the Constitutional issues and concerns that had been raised about the proposed ordinance amendment; the amendment would clarify language.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:38 P.M.
