The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:40 P.M. and asked Assistant Council Auditor Kyle Billy to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by his office. There were thirteen (13) items ready for action; twelve (12) items being deferred; five (5) items being seconded and re-referred; and one item being withdrawn.
On Item #9, ORD-MC 2015-54, Amend Chapt 121 (Police & Firefighters Pension (PFPP), Ord Code…, it was reported that in the Finance Committee Meeting earlier in the day, that committee deliberated on seven amendments.
On Item #17, ORDD 2015-111, Declaring Surplus Fire Rescue 13 Freightliner/American LaFrance valued at $9,450 & Auth Transfer to Guardians of the Ribbon…., it was reported that the proposed ordinance was deferred in the Rules Committee and failed in the Finance Committee.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:45 P.M.
