The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:31 P.M. and asked Assistant Council Auditor Kyle Billy to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by his office. There were fifteen (15) items ready for action; five (5) items being deferred; fourteen (14) items being seconded and re-referred; and there were two items with requests for emergency one-cycle passage.
On Item #3, ORD-MC 2014-560, Approp $2,595,723 from Downtown Economic Dev Fund to fund Projs & Activities in the “BID Plan”…., Mr. John Nooney requested the Chair to have the Council President assign this item to the Jacksonville Waterways Commission for that body’s review and input.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M.
