The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 P.M. and asked Assistant Council Auditor Kyle Billy to review the marked agenda that had been prepared by his office. There were seven (7) items ready for action; four (4) items being deferred; thirteen (13) items being seconded and re-referred; and one (1) item being withdrawn.
On Item #2, ORD-MC 2014-427, Amend Sec 518.111 (Definitions), to amend Definition for “Blight, Blighting Influence or Blighting Factor” to add Criminal Factors” Add New Definition for “Historic Structures”…., Council Member Greg Anderson did not understand why he had three different versions of the proposed legislation; Council Member Jones explained that there should be only two versions: the original draft bill and a substitute that came out of the Ad Hoc Committee on Blight.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:35 P.M.
