Council Member Redman called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m. Mr. Billy reviewed the marked agenda which contains 10 items marked for deferral; 6 items ready for action; 2 items marked for withdrawal; and 2 items marked for substitute and re-referral.  

 

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
