The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:32 P.M.
Philip Peterson reviewed the marked agenda that had been prepared by the Council Auditor’s Office and indicated that there were eight (8) items ready for action, three (3) items being deferred; and seven (7) items being seconded and re-referred.
Item #1, ORD-MC 2014-553, Amend Sec 741.107 (Violation of Zero-Tolerance for Litter Law)…was being deferred at the request of Council Member Doyle Carter.
Mr. Peterson indicated that Council Member Matt Schellenberg was now comfortable in moving Item #2, ORD 2014-771, Apv Conveyance of a Perpetual Easemt (Sly R/W of Losco Rd near Peppermill Ln) to FDOT to allow Access to a Retention Pond that is Part of an FDOT Roadway Constrn Proj on I-295 from the Buckman Bridge to I-95.
The Environmental Protection Board had requested a one-cycle deferral for Item #3, ORD-MC 2015-50, Amend Chapt 73 (Environmental Protection Bd) (EPB), Sec 73.102 (Powers & Duties)….
Council Member Lori Boyer indicated that she had questions on Item #7, ORD 2015-77, Apv Conveyance of Parcel 801.1, a Perpetual Easemt in a large Drainage R/W which crosses Univ Blvd in Vicinity of Intersec with Barnes Rd, to FDOT… that she hoped Mr. Peterson could address.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:34 P.M.
