MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 04,2016. The meeting was called to order at 9:31 A.M. by Committee Chair Bill Gulliford. The meeting was recessed at 9:45 to 9:54 and was adjourned at 10:41 A.M.
