MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, May 02,2016. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown.  The meeting adjourned at 2:07 P.M.
