The Chair called the Agenda Meeting to order at 1:32 P.M.
The Chair asked Phillip Peterson to review the marked agenda that the Council Auditor’s Office had prepared. There were fifteen (15) items ready for action; six (6) items being deferred; six (6) items being seconded and re-referred; and one (1) item with an emergency passage request.
On Item #14, ORD 2016-148, Declaring Surplus Certain Tax Reverted & Non-Tax Reverted Parcels….., Council Member Hazouri wanted to know how many properties this conveyance entailed; he was advised that there were fifty (50) properties.
On Item #20, RESO 2016-160, re Vacation of Portions of the Plat of Maxville & Maxville Farms…, Assistant General Counsel Sandra Stockwell explained that while the marked agenda had the amendment reading “replace on file document to correct list of applicable RE #s”, the correct reading should be “…to delete list of applicable RE #s.”
Council Member Al Ferraro requested that the Chair provide some time during the Committee meeting to discuss roadways, a matter that he had previously raised.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:37 P.M.
