The Office of General Counsel had issued an opinion on
questions that had been raised in previous Committee meetings regarding the use
of cameras for surveillance on the new street lighting that the City and
JEA are installing. There were questions
regarding legal restrictions on cameras.
The Chair indicated that he was postponing the OGC presentation for one
Committee cycle so that the complete Committee panel can be present for the
presentation.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 2:17 P.M.
