17-630	Amendment	(Rezoning Propty S/S of Univ Blvd N, E of Sandra Rd - RLD-60 to RO): Per OGC, denies the rezoning; references LUZ hearings held on November 7 and December 5, 2017.
17-701	Amendment	(Amend Zoning Code to add Auto Laundries to the List of Permissible Use by Exception in the CN Zoning Dist): adds conditions to the use by exception: (i) The entrance and exit bay shall be oriented away from any residentially zoned property. (ii) A 15-foot wide buffer meeting Section 656.1216 of the Zoning Code shall be provided between the property and any residentially zoned property or residential use. (iii) The hours of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (iv) Exterior lighting shall be the minimum necessary to provide security and safety. (1) Direct lighting sources shall be shielded or recessed so that light does not directly illuminate adjacent properties. (2) Light poles without shielded luminary shall not exceed 15 feet in height. (3) Light poles with shielded luminary shall not exceed 35 feet in height. (4) Proposed lighting site plan showing the estimated illumination levels shall be shown on all plans submitted for site plan review. (5) Maximum contributed illumination at any property line shall be 0.5 foot candles. (v) No operation of any motorized equipment on the property, including, but not limited to vacuums, shall emit a noise which exceeds sixty (60) dBA/A-Weighted Sound Level when measured at the property line. dBA/A-Weighted Sound Level means, in decibels, a frequency weighted sound pressure level, determined by the use of the metering characteristics and A-weighted scale specified in the ANSI S1.4-1983, “Specifications for Sound Level Meters” or subsequent revision. (vi) If the auto laundry is self-service, then it shall contain a fence or other structure that would insure the hours of operation are met for the car wash and all other equipment.

17-766	Amendment	(Approp $228,615.97 for new Playground Equipmt at Losco Regional Park): changes funding source from Planning District 3 Open Space Recreational Revenues to Capital Projects Interest Earnings; clarifies that a portion of existing equipment will be removed and installed at Huntington Forest Park; revises index code referenced in bill; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised CIP listing).
17-767	Amendment	(Approp $176,023 from Tree Protection & Related Expenses Trust Fund to Plant Trees & Incidental Landscaping at Interchange on I-10 & Hammond Blvd): corrects bill text to reduce appropriation to $175,761; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (design costs document).
17-768	Amendment	(Amend Trails Community Dev Dist & Ord 2006-861-E, amended by Ord 2007-169-E, to Correct a Scrivener's Error in Legal Description): inserts reference to current Code language regarding powers of Trails Community Development District; inserts ordinance number.
17-771	Amendment	(Auth Partial Release of Mortgage(s) against the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville, Inc,): attaches new Exhibit 3 (map identifying property location).
17-772	Amendment	(Auth Grant Agreemt among City, FDEP & The Public Trust Environmental Legal Institute of Florida for Sustaining the Jax Intracoastal Salt Marsh Paddling Guide): places revised grant agreement On File to revise timeline.
17-773	Amendment	(Designating a Parcel on W/S of Bella Mara Rd as a Brownfield Area): attaches new Exhibit 3 (staff report); attaches new Exhibit 4 (owner’s application for designation); correct F. S. references on p.3; sets effective date of brownfield designation as date liens are paid off.
17-791	Amendment	(Approp $971,636 from JFRD Overtime to JFRD Salaries & Benefits to add Full-Time EMS Svcs at Fire stations 04, 10 & 14): attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised RC); corrects reference to Exhibit 2; places fleet information in a separate section and includes in the title of the bill; clarifies that this will be a temporary increase in JFRD’s vehicle cap in FY18, with 3 vehicles to be surplused when replaced in 2019.
17-800	Amendment	(Auth Economic Dev Agreemt with USA Quartz, LLC): removes references to High Impact Sector in the bill; adds a Whereas clause to explain the wage requirement waiver allowed by the State; places revised agreement On File to include address of project parcel, removes schedules of past incentives approved, and clarifies the definition of “tenant” within the definition of “employee”.
17-820	Amendment	(Determine whether to Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider the Petition to Amend Boundary of Tolomato Community Dev Dist): correct ordinance number in added language; changes reference from the bill being heard by the LUZ Committee to NCSPHS, TEU and Rules.
