Amendment

(Small Scale FLUM Amendment to 2030 Comp Plan on E/S of Bridier St. at intersection of Oakley St. - MDR to LI): Per OGC, approves land use change to BP (not LI); attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map); revises the land area to 0.82 acres.

(Rezoning Property on E/S of Bridier St. at intersection of Oakley St. - RMD-A to IL): Per OGC, approves rezoning to IBP (not IL); attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map); revises the rezoning land area to 0.82 acres.

Substitute and rerefer

(Rezoning 2563 & 2629 County Dock Rd. - RR-Acre to RLD-90): Per OGC, changes the rezoning to a PUD and provides for a second vehicular access point into the development.

Amendment

(Rezoning 2011 Dahlia Rd - RLD-60A to PUD): Per OGC, approves rezoning to PUD, subject to 1 condition: there shall be a minimum six (6) feet in height, maximum eight (8) feet in height, 95 percent opaque fence constructed on the southern property boundaries where adjacent to residential.

Amendment

(Rezoning Property on W/S New Berlin Rd & E/S Alta Dr, N of Faye Dr. - PUD to PUD): Per OGC, approves rezoning subject to 4 conditions: must submit traffic study prior to 10 set plan submittal; minimum 20 foot front yard setback; prior to requesting final building inspection or occupying the facility, must submit certification that all horizontal and vertical components of the development have been substantially completed and all conditions to the development order satisfied; there shall be one 6-foot fence on the southwest corner running east-west, one 6-foot fence on the northwest property line running north-south abutting houses as shown on the revised site plan, and a 40-foot buffer with an 8-foot berm as shown on the revised site plan; attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description); attaches Revised Exhibit 4 (revised site plan).

(Moving $1,394,365.21 into Proper Projects & Subobjects within the Accounting System to Clean up Entries that Occurred in the Adoption & Posting of the CIP Projects during the Budget Process): corrects “moving” to “appropriating” funds; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised 5 year CIP Schedule) to reflect changes in Sidewalks - New and Trout/Moncrief Pond project amounts; attaches new Exhibit 3 (revised CIP project sheets for Sidewalks - New and Trout/Moncrief Pond projects).

(Appropriating $325,700 from various Council District Funds for parking lot addition at 6736 Beach Blvd; authorizing agreement with Southside Youth Athletic Assn.):

 

NCIS: Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 – MOU with SYAA for additional indemnification of the School Board; inserts “Department” on p. 1, line 17.

 

Finance: inserts “Department” on p. 1, line 17; attaches Second Revised Exhibit 2 (second revised MOU with SYAA including additional language requested by the School Board); invokes Code Section 126.107(g) to authorize directly contracting with SYAA.

(Declaring surplus part of RE# 063187-0000, Olga Place near its intersection with Willow Branch Ave.): corrects code reference re: authorization to dispose of property; adds account information for deposit of sale proceeds.

(Authorizing a Traffic Control Agreement with Sweetwater by Del Webb Master Home-owners' Assn.): corrects spelling error; attaches new Exhibit 2 (homeowner association meeting minutes requesting the traffic control agreement).

(Appropriating $15,000 from Fla Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission with no local match, for a 3-year monitoring & assessment of 2 artificial reefs in the St Johns River): adds emergency language.

Amendment

(Establish a Temporary Moratorium (90 Days) on Issuance of any Permit for, or Allowance of, any Block Party Authorized by Sec 664.401, Ord. Code): adds emergency language.

Amendment

(Honoring & Commending Kimberly Scott for her Outstanding Career of Public Service): corrects succession of departments in third whereas clause; corrects departments regarding promotions in fourth whereas clause.
