(Rezoning 6101 Avenue B): Per OGC, changes the rezoned classification from CCG-1 to PUD.

(Approving Northwest Jacksonville Economic Development Fund - Goals, Policies & Guidelines): attaches Second Revised Exhibit 1 (second revised guidelines ) to include map.

(Rezoning Property on St Johns Bluff Rd N.): Per OGC, approves rezoning with 2 conditions – 1) an asphalt or concrete multi-use path 8 feet wide shall be constructed from the entrance of Phase 1 north to the existing sidewalk in front of TopGolf, with corresponding relief from the landscape buffer subject to review and approval of the Planning Department; 2) prior to requesting a final building inspection or occupying the facility in any manner, the lead horizontal and vertical design professionals shall submit separate certification letters to the Planning Department confirming that all horizontal and vertical components of the development have been substantially completed; attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description dated 1/30/17); attaches new Exhibit 5 (Transportation Planning Division memorandum).

(Rezoning Property at SW Quadrant of Pecan Park Rd & I-95): Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description dated 2.7.17) to eliminate some uses and modify others.

(Rezoning 11367 Panther Creek Parkway): Per OGC, approves rezoning with 3 conditions – 1) applicant to apply to the City to close and abandon the existing northern entrance road from the property to Chaffee Road after the new southern entrance road is completed; 2) require 100 foot buffer to the rear of the 7 lots to be shown on Exhibit 5, which may include stormwater retention and landscaping; 3) prior to requesting a final building inspection or occupying the facility in any manner, the lead horizontal and vertical design professionals shall submit separate certification letters to the Planning Department confirming that all horizontal and vertical components of the development have been substantially completed; attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description dated 12.28.16); attaches new Exhibit 5 (site plan showing 7 lots subject to condition 2 above).

(Amending Chapter 28 (Parks, Rec & Community Svcs), Part 8 (Trespass in Public Parks; Violation & Appeal): pluralizes the word “statute”; changes word order to clarify order of events upon arrest.

(Appropriating $450,000 provided through the $65 Court Cost Fee): clarifies that 3.850 is the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure section reference number, not the number of cases to be disposed of with the additional funding.

(Ordinance Code Amendment Concerning Equal Opportunity & Expanding City's Equal Rights Laws to Prohibit Discrimination based upon Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity:

 

NCIS – changes threshold for definition of small business from 15 employees to 50 employees.

 

Finance – States that for the purposes of Ordinance 2017-15-E the definition of religious organization includes religious corporation, association or society, which shall be interpreted consistent with Section 2000e-(1)(a), United States Code.

 

Floor (Wilson): removes imprisonment option from the penalty sections of Chapters 402 (Employment), 406 (Public Accommodations) and 408 (Housing).

(Amending Ordinance Code Chapter 400 - Equal Opportunity/Equal Access): revises position name from Assistant Director to Manager of Equal Opportunity; changes the organizational structure of the function from a division to an office.

(Appropriating Revenue Carried Forward from Prior Years' Appropriations to Enhance the Afterschool Food Program): includes appropriation amount in the bill title; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to replace listing of balances remaining from prior years of the grant.

(Appropriating $34,000 from NW Jax Economic Development Fund to 2385 Corbett Street, LLC.): places revised economic development agreement On File to clarify that job creation is not a condition to receive the payment and to clarify that the payment amount is the actual costs incurred by the company.

(Amending FY 2015-2016 Budget to Revise JAA Budget Schedule G): corrects budget ordinance section references.

(Declaring Jarboe Lane, a Private Road in Neptune Beach, to be Surplus): clarifies City ownership language; strikes reference to private road; adds the market value of parcel; revises location language; replaces “tax revision” with “escheatment”.

(Confirming Appointment of Dr. Stephen Baker as Member of the Public Service Grant Council): clarifies that the appointment is for an initial term.
