includes religious corporation, association or society, which shall be
interpreted consistent with Section 2000e-(1)(a), United States Code. Floor (Wilson): removes
imprisonment option from the penalty sections of Chapters 402 (Employment),
406 (Public Accommodations) and 408 (Housing). |
