surcharge revenues are to be used only for capital expenditures and capital
maintenance (not routine maintenance and repairs); corrects a Code section
number reference; removes the Equestrian Center from the list of venues with
their own separate enterprise funds within the Special Trust and Revenue
Accounts chapter and adds the Ritz Theater and Museum to the separate funds
list. NCIS: Finance amendment,
plus makes the date of application of the fee increase to the Jacksonville
Symphony’s lease effective June 15, 2017. |
