Meeting Convened: 9:01 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves for the record.
Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 7 items marked for deferral, 14 items ready for action (2 as substitutes, 1 requested for emergency action) and 5 items for second reading and re-referral. Council Member Becton said that he would distribute a handout on his proposed substitute to 2017-348 (Ordinance Code amendment to require additional pension liability payments).
The Chairman asked the administration to give an update on hurricane debris removal.
