Meeting Convened: 9:01 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. Mr. Dennis announced that the meeting would begin with the monthly Loblolly Wetlands Mitigation Bank report from the administration. Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 8 items marked for deferral, 12 items ready for action (1 as a substitute, 1 requested for emergency action) and 11 items for second reading and re-referral. He announced that 2017-563 (repealing the Jacksonville Children’s Commission and Jacksonville Journey and creating a new Kids Hope Alliance) will be heard at the end of the agenda, and public comment will be taken.
