Meeting Convened:
8:32 a.m.
Chairwoman Brosche called the meeting to order and asked the
attendees to introduce themselves. Ms. Brosche reviewed the Auditor’s marked
agenda which included 3 items marked for deferral, 10 items ready for action (1
requested for withdrawal) and 19 items for second reading and re-referral.
The meeting will begin with the monthly Loblolly Wetlands
Mitigation Bank update, followed by the Council Auditor’s presentation on the 5
reports/audits issued since the last meeting.
2017-351 (authorizing a settlement of claims arising from
denial of a road frontage waiver) will be deferred following its deferral in
the TEU and LUZ committees.
