specializes in job training and/or job placement services for Ex-Offenders”
o Issue #2 –
(If Contractor hires an Ex-Offender, Contractor should not be required to make
contact with Ex-Offender Program Providers)

subsection (d) to the “Form 4A Requirements” for Contractors who hire an
Ex-Offender during the project provided that the Contractor provides the City
