In attendance: Council Members Anna Lopez Brosche (Chair), Sam Newby, Bill Gulliford, Matt Schellenberg, Aaron Bowman

Also: Kirk Sherman and Kyle Billy – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman – Office of General Counsel; Jeff Clements – Council Research Division; Jessica Matthews – Legislative Services Division; Ali Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Angela Moyer – Finance Department; Kirk Wendland – Office of Economic Development; Bill Hodges – Jacksonville Children’s Commission

Meeting Convened: 8:30 a.m.

Chairwoman Brosche called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. Ms. Brosche reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 12 items marked for deferral, 19 items ready for action (1 for withdrawal) and 12 items for second reading and re-referral.

Ms. Brosche announced that there would not be a special committee meeting today. Ongoing staff meetings are being held and the topic should be ready for discussion by the next committee meeting in March. Council Auditor Kirk Sherman will give overviews of the two reports his office has released since the last meeting.
