Also: Council Members Jim Love and Garrett Dennis; Kirk Sherman and Kyle Billy – Council Auditor’s Office; Peggy Sidman – Office of General Counsel; Jeff Clements and Colleen Hampsey – Council Research Division; Philip Zamarron – Legislative Services Division; Ali Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Angela Moyer – Finance Department; Kirk Wendland – Office of Economic Development; Bill Hodges – Jacksonville Children’s Commission

Meeting Convened: 8:31 a.m.

Chairwoman Brosche called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. Ms. Brosche reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 7 items marked for deferral, 14 items ready for action (1 as a substitute) and 25 items for second reading and re-referral.

Ms. Brosche announced that there would not be a special committee meeting today; those meetings will resume on the next cycle. The committee will be provided with the monthly update on activity in the Loblolly Wetlands Mitigation Bank. 2017-15 (amending the City’s human rights ordinances) will be taken up last on the agenda.
