Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained thirteen (13) items marked for deferral, four (4) items ready for action, thirteen (13) items marked to be opened and continued, and fourteen (14) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-443 (designation of 2106 Moncrief Road): Council Member Boyer requested a list of any outstanding code violations/fines presented at the committee meeting.

2017-701 (amending Chapter 656, Part 3, Subpart C – commercial categories & zoning districts): Council Member Boyer stated she has an amendment which includes hours of operation.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
