Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained eleven (11) items marked for deferral, nine (9) items ready for action, ten (10) items marked to be opened and continued, and seven (7) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-484 (rezoning 901 Main Street N): Council Member Boyer plans to introduce two additional conditions related to balconies and transparency. The exact language will be distributed to members prior to the meeting.

2017-673 (appeal of DDRB Appl 2016-015): Mr. Steve Diebenow detailed his opposition to the General Counsel’s decision to withhold documentation from Council members. He requested that the Chairman provide a decision prior to the appeal hearing regarding 1) whether GV-IP could present evidence regarding height, and 2) if Ventures Residential Development could present a rebuttal response. Chairman Schellenberg stated he would meet with General Counsel and provide a decision before the committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:20 p.m.
