Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained nine (9) items marked for deferral, sixteen (16) items ready for action, fifteen (15) items marked to be opened and continued, and six (6) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-495 (amend Sec 656.1402-Transit Oriented Dev): CM Boyer commented that a language amendment was necessary for clarification.

2017-626 (rezoning 6115 Anderson Road): Mr. Huxford stated legislation requires an amendment since the requested zoning category has been changed to CRO.

Mrs. Reed stated the report on drainage and flooding was ready and will be distributed during committee meeting

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:12 p.m.
