opacity, and meeting the standards for such buffers in the City of
Jacksonville Land Use regulations including the requirement for trees in such
areas. 4. One shared street frontage sign (existing), not
exceeding 125 square feet in area for use in common by all of the occupants
of the combined properties of this PUD and the former PUD, to be allocated
and maintained by the owners and occupants of the Property in accordance with
their recorded easement and operation agreements. (Both 1 and 2 Signage
(banks) are already existing on site); and wall signs are permitted in
accordance with the City of Jacksonville Land Use Regulations. |

CM Ferraro requested PDD staff
incorporate a checklist for applicants to minimize unnecessary steps in
process.
CM Boyer expressed
appreciation to PDD staff for adding Conservation/Coastal Management Element
details in reports. In response to CM K. Brown’s question, CM Boyer provided a
brief summary regarding the Council’s reasoning for the adoption of additional
distance between daycare facilities and sexual predators.
Chairman Schellenberg
confirmed that the drainage and flooding workshop will be on November 13, 2017
at 12noon. CM Boyer requested that the Water Management District and DEP are
invited to the workshop.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
