Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:09 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained nineteen (19) items marked for deferral, thirteen (13) items ready for action, one (1) item marked for withdrawal, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, and four (4) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-602 (waiver of minimum rd frontage): Mr. Huxford stated the Planning and Development Department (PDD) has reissued a staff report in support of legislation.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:16 p.m.
