Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained thirty-two (32) items marked for deferral, seven (7) items ready for action, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, and ten (10) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-451 & 452 (property at E/S of Imeson Road, S. of Pritchard Road): Ms. Brenna Durden requested a one cycle deferral to September 6, 2017.

2017-455 (appeal hearing for Appl COA-17-343): Chairman Schellenberg stated that the appellant and respondent will have ten minutes to each to present their case. The appeal hearing will be first on the agenda in committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
