Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained six (6) items marked for deferral, seven (7) items ready for action, sixteen (16) items marked to be opened and continued, and twenty-five (25) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-314 (waiver of minimum road frontage – Townsend Road): CM Boyer requested staff to provide a determination at committee meeting whether a 15 feet wide driveway was a permissible width for access.

2017-417 (rezoning 5901 Sheffield Road): CM Boyer requested staff to reconcile the staff report, maps and other documents regarding the dock. Ms. Grandin commented that the revision was for exhibit 4 only. There are two conditions: 1) property is restricted to one single family dwelling; and 2) a public records notice must be filed regarding first condition.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:13 p.m.
