Chairman Schellenberg called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m., and reviewed the marked agenda which contained ten (10) items marked for deferral, fourteen (14) items ready for action, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, and seven (7) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-805 (rezoning 2629 Loretto Road): Council Member Becton requested Ms. Grandin comment on whether an additional public hearing was needed considering the legislation was significantly changed. Ms. Grandin will provide an opinion at the committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:11 p.m.
