Attendance:   Council Members Danny Becton (Chair), Al Ferraro, Reggie Gaffney, Joyce Morgan, and Matt Schellenberg

Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained sixteen (16) items marked for deferral, ten (10) items ready for action, nine (9) items marked to be opened and continued, and nine (9) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-805 (rezoning 2629 Loretto Road): CM Schellenberg stated that additional conditions will be offered regarding road access from Loretto Road.

2016-810 (WRF at 3514 Rosemary Street): The date of the site plan should be June 12, 2017.

2017-227 (rezoning Fouraker Road & S of Lenox Avenue): This legislation requires an amendment to add a revised written description, revised site plan, and exhibits.

2017-351 (settlement agreement re: 5025 Dixie Landing Drive): The committee discussed the time limit for individual comments. Each entity will have five minutes for presentation.

2017-355 (rezoning 14443 San Pablo Drive): This legislation requires an amendment to add a revised written description and revised site plan.

2017-435 (rezoning Ordinance 2017-219-E): This legislation requires an amendment to change the effective date and correct the legal description.

Ms. Grandin will discuss the proposed legislation on boarding houses and rooming houses in the Special Committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:36 p.m.
