Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained seven (7) items marked for deferral, sixteen (16) items ready for action, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, and fourteen (14) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-810 (waiver minimum road frontage at 3514 Rosemary Street): This item is marked ready for action. However, the agent may request a deferral.

2017-309 (amend Resolution 74-144-498): Ms. Staci Rewis stated a proposed technical amendment was necessary to cleanup certain language.

2017-358 (appeal of Final Decision of Jax Historic Preservation Commission): This legislation will be heard during the Special Committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:29 p.m.
