Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained fourteen (14) items marked for deferral, eleven (11) items ready for action, two (2) items marked for withdrawal, one (1) item marked for substitute and re-refer, eleven (11) items marked to be opened and continued, and eight (8) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-36 (amend Chapter 656): Ms. Susan Grandin distributed the draft substitute for review and reference at the committee meeting. CM Becton commented that the draft is the latest version (#9) and will be emailed to everyone in the database. Ms. Grandin will explain the changes during the committee meeting.

Continuation of buffers discussion and Planning Commission Processes are the topics for the special committee meeting.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:46 p.m.
