Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained twelve (12) items marked for deferral, eleven (11) items ready for action, two (2) items marked for withdrawal, thirteen (13) items marked to be opened and continued, and fourteen (14) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-805 (rezoning 2629 Loretto Road): This legislation will be heard by the Planning Commission on May 18, 2017; LUZ Committee on June 6, 2017; and full Council on June 13, 2017.

2017-36 (amend Chapter 656): Ms. Susan Grandin is drafting a substitute which will be reviewed at the notice meeting on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Lynwood Roberts Room.

Chairman Becton stated the committee will continue discussion on buffers during special committee. The Planning Commission process topic is postponed to the May 16, 2017.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:34 p.m.
