Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:18 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained sixteen (16) items marked for deferral, eight (8) items ready for action, fourteen (14) items marked to be opened and continued, and nine (9) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-805 (rezoning 2629 Loretto Road): Mr. Paul Harden requested a two cycle deferral.

2017-36 (amend Chapter 656): Mr. Tom Ingram requested clarification on the expectancy of action by the committee. He shared his concern regarding the additional delay.

2017-193 (rezoning Pablo Point Drive, S of Shipwatch Drove): Mr. Paul Harden requested a two cycle deferral.

Chairman Becton stated the committee will review the Glitch Bill, landscape and buffer modifications, and application processes during special committee.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
