Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:21 p.m. Mr. Lewis reviewed the marked agenda which contained eighteen (18) items marked for deferral, fifteen (15) items ready for action, six (6) items marked to be opened and continued, and fourteen (14) items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-046 (rezoning 1850 Main Street North): The substitution includes conditions requested by Planning and Development Department (PDD) that were not adopted by the Planning Commission.

Chairman Becton stated the committee will conduct a final review of the Glitch Bill during special committee. If time permits, the PDD staff will present a draft of the Landscape Buffer Code.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
