Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:21 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 17 items marked for deferral, 9 items ready for action, 11 items marked to be opened and continued, 8 items marked for second reading and re-refer, and one (1) item substitute and re-refer.

2016-805 (rezoning 2563 & 2629 Country Dock Road): Mr. Paul Hardin requested substitute and re-refer to change legislation back to a PUD. Mr. Lewis stated that the new PUD application is already in the committee members’ manual.

Chairman Becton stated Ms. Susan Grandin prepared draft legislation on Glitch Bill Issues within the Zoning Code. The Special Committee will review the draft.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
