Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:19 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 17 items marked for deferral, 12 items ready for action, 6 items marked to be opened and continued, and 14 items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2017-36 (amend Chapter 656 – Zoning Code): Mr. Paul Hardin suggested a notice meeting between SPAR & OGC to allow additional interested parties to participate in the dialogue. CM Gaffney stated he was awaiting a date from Jason Teal. He expects to have the meeting prior to full Council.

The topic for the Special Committee is Conventional Zoning: How it relates to reducing the usage of PUDs. The presenter is Ms. Susan Grandin.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:31 p.m.
