Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 11 items marked for deferral, 10 items ready for action (one substitute & refer), 10 items marked to be opened and continued, and 3 items marked for second reading and re-refer.

The topic for Special Committee is Glitch Bill Issues, a discussion of non-controversial fixes to the Zoning Code. Folks Huxford and Susan Grandin will facilitate discussion.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
