Chairman Becton called the meeting to order at 4:17 p.m. Mr. Huxford reviewed the marked agenda which contained 3 items marked for deferral, 6 items ready for action, 13 items marked to be opened and continued, and 9 items marked for second reading and re-refer.

2016-576 (rezoning 14321 Van Zile Ave): Council Member Bowman requested a deferral until after the scheduled community meeting.

CM Becton explained that the Special Committee will begin hearing presentations from the comprehensive topic list. The first two topics are: 1) Transparency of the Zoning Application Process; and 2) Proof of Concept. The presenters are Folks Huxford, Bill Killingsworth, and a representative from ITD.

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 4:28 p.m.
