MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 24,2017.  The meeting was called to order at 5:07 P.M. by President Boyer.  The meeting recessed at 11:54 P.M.
