In attendance: Council Members John Crescimbeni and Jim Love

Also: Peggy Sidman - Office of General Counsel; Heather Reber - Council Auditor’s Office; Allison Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Staci Lopez– Legislative Services;  see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees.

Meeting Convened: 12:32 p.m.

Vice Chairman Crescimbeni called the meeting to order and reviewed the agenda. The marked agenda included 5 items marked for deferral, 1 item to be re-referred with a substitute, 14 items ready for action (6 as emergencies), 1 item to be withdrawn and 3 items for second reading and re-referral. Regarding bill 2017-433, Aundra Wallace, Downtown Investment Authority, asked that it be deferred as the issue as it is now under appeal. Mr. Crescimbeni indicated that it would be discussed in committee.
