Location: City Council Chamber, 1^st floor, City Hall – St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street

In attendance: Council Members Garrett Dennis (Chair), John Crescimbeni, Jim Love

Also: Paige Johnston - Office of General Counsel; Heather Reber - Council Auditor’s Office; Allison Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Juliette Williams– Legislative Services;  see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees.

Meeting Convened: 12:31 p.m.

Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. The marked agenda included 2 items marked for deferral, 2 items to be withdrawn, 11 items ready for action and 10 items for second reading and re-referral. Regarding Bill 2017-300, Councilman Dennis said that Councilman Becton may have a substitute to present to the committee. Regarding Bill 2017-346, Ethics Director Carla Miller indicated she will speak on the matter as will Matt Carlucci from the Florida Ethics Commission.

Mr. Dennis announced that there is no special meeting today.
