Location: City Council Chamber, 1^st floor, City Hall – St. James Building, 117 West Duval Street

In attendance: Council Members Garrett Dennis (Chair), Danny Becton, John Crescimbeni, Jim Love

Also: Peggy Sidman - Office of General Counsel; Heather Reber - Council Auditor’s Office; Allison Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Crystal Shemwell and Staci Lopez – Legislative Services;  see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees.

Meeting Convened: 12:32 p.m.

Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. The marked agenda included 3 items marked for deferral, 1 item to be withdrawn, 10 items ready for action and 7 items for second reading and re-referral.

Mr. Dennis announced that the Rules Committee would also review previous language pertaining to the Ethics Commission and that the topic for the special meeting would be boards and commission review for the Downtown Investment Authority, Downtown Development Review Board and the Library Board of Trustees.
