and all related subjects .and all unclassified subjects
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the
Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, such person will
need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, such person may need to
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes
the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Chairman Dennis asked Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel, to present the
modified language to the Ethics Commission ordinance regarding education and
training. The new language will strike the line that states: elected officials
will complete ethics training within 90 day of taking office. The new language
will specify the ethics training must be completed in accordance with the
ethics code.
