In attendance: Council Members Garrett Dennis (Chair), Danny Becton, John Crescimbeni

Also: Peggy Sidman - Office of General Counsel; Heather Reber - Council Auditor’s Office; Allison Korman Shelton – Mayor’s Office; Jeff Clements and Colleen Hampsey - Council Research Division; Crystal Shemwell and Staci Lopez – Legislative Services;  see attached sign-in sheet for additional attendees.

Meeting Convened: 12:34 p.m.

Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves. The marked agenda included 8 items marked for deferral, 15 items ready for action (1 requested as emergency) and 10 items for second reading and re-referral.

Mr. Dennis distributed a handout regarding the calendar for boards and commissions for review and asked committee members to suggest possible changes to the schedule, if desired.
