The Chair, Council Member Al Ferraro, called the agenda meeting to order at 1:30 P.M.


Kim Taylor, Council Auditorís Office, reviewed the marked agenda that the Council Auditorís Office had prepared.There were six (6) items that were ready for action, nine (9) items that were being deferred and three (3) items that were being seconded and re-referred.


Council Member Greg Anderson, the Councilís Liaison to JEA, had previously indicated that JEA requested that Item #3, ORD-MC 2016-764, Amend Sec 21.03 (Composition; Compensation; Officers; Meetings), Article 21 (JEA), City Charter, to Provide that JEA Hold Meetings at Least every other Month, be deferred.


Kim Taylor, Council Auditorís Office, indicated that since Item #13, RESO-Q 2017-163, re Appeal by William Bransford of a Decision of the 911 Emerg Addressing Adv Comm.., concerned sufficiency determination, an attorney with the Office of General Counsel would be in attendance to explain the appeal process.


There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:33 P.M.
