Chairman Anderson said that he would be distributing several
items of information regarding the City Council’s recommendation of strategic
priorities for inclusion in the Mayor’s proposed budget. The Finance and
Administration Department needs those recommendation by early March for
inclusion in its budget consideration, so the Finance Committee needs to make a
recommendation by its February 16th meeting.
Peggy Sidman said that the Auditor’s marked amendments on 2018-651
do not reflect the discussion earlier about Jaxport’s and Risk Management’s
review of proposed changes to the agreement. If it is the committee’s intention
to adopt those proposed changes, an amendment to that effect will need to be
moved.
