Meeting Convened: 9:00 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves for the record.
Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 7 items marked for deferral, 16 items ready for action (1 requested for emergency action, 1 to be substituted) and 18 items for second reading and re-referral. He announced that the Council Auditor will make a presentation on Report #763A – Follow-up Report on JTA Payroll Audit.
Council Member Boyer asked that 2018-220 (appropriating $1.95 million for Sports Complex capital improvements) be taken up early in the agenda to accommodate the schedules of several attendees who have other meetings to attend.
