Meeting Convened: 9:00 a.m.
Chairman Dennis called the meeting to order and asked the attendees to introduce themselves for the record.
Mr. Dennis reviewed the Auditor’s marked agenda which included 11 items marked for deferral, 24 items ready for action (1 to substitute and re-refer, 2 for withdrawal) and 12 items for second reading and re-referral. He noted that the Council Auditor would be making a presentation on the annual year-end fund recapture memo from the administration.\
Council Member Boyer noted that 2018-167 (Repealing previous economic incentive ordinance 2018-1 for Project Volt) is a companion to 2018-149 (approving economic incentives for JinkoSolar USA) which she thinks should be taken up together. She will offer a motion to act on 2018-167 as an emergency today.
